In her current role as technology leader of the Next Generation data Management with American Express Technologies, Shy leads the enterprise capabilities for data architecture and database platforms across all the company assets. Her team drives global data management for ALL software developments. Shy is very passionate in her endeavor to “seed for the future” ; She leads and participates in several community forums.
