Over the past 20years, Sapna has been in the field of Training and Development. She started her career journey with United Airlines where her roles included Senior Faculty, Asia Route Project Manager and Cabin Defense Security Trainer.
She joined JPMORGAN Chase 5 years ago as an Instructional Designer moving onto an e-Learning Developer. Currently today she is a Relationship Manager for Leadership Development.
Sapna was born and brought up in London, England and acquired her BSc in Chemistry from University College London.
In 2001 she moved over to the USA after getting married. She now lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband and twin children.
In her spare time she enjoys teaching youth Indian dancing and wedding and event planning.
