Ms. Monika Sud-Devaraj received her J.D. degree in 1992 from the University of Arizona, College of Law in Tucson, AZ. She obtained her BSBA degree from the University of Arizona in 1989 with honors. Ms. Sud-Devaraj was born in New Delhi, India but she has lived most of her life in the United States. She is admitted to practice law before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
With her experience as a former federal prosecutor and with over 24 years of experience, Ms. Sud-Devaraj is uniquely qualified to help her clients with many immigration issues. Additionally, Ms. Sud-Devaraj is hard-working and dedicated to helping her clients. Given her immigration background, she is able to better understand the needs and backgrounds of her various clients.
