Julie Lalwani is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch. She is a Certified Financial Planner as well as a Certified Retirement Planning Counselor. In her practice she specializes in retirement and tax investment planning for individuals and businesses. Her family originates from Rajasthan and settled near the Chicago area.
Always a bit different, Julie went to IU Bloomington and majored in theater and philosophy. After graduation, she joined a Shakespearean acting troupe and traveled the southwest performing in various Shakespearean productions. About 12 years ago, she decided to explore the investment world. The challenge of growing a business in a male dominated industry coupled with the real satisfaction of being able to quantifiably help others has proven to be the best decision of her life. Currently she has her practice based in Phoenix, AZ and travels often to Boston to pursue her Master’s degree from Harvard University.
