Dr. Vidya Raman is an Internist who has been practicing in the West Valley since the year 2000. She is currently a partner in a group practice called Clinic for Chest Diseases, located in Sun City. Dr. Raman is a native of Mumbai, India. She competed her MBBS degree in the GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, in Mumbai. She subsequently moved to the United States and completed her Residency in Internal Medicine in Norwalk Hospital, in Connecticut.
In addition to her busy practice, she also volunteers one Saturday a month at a clinic for the homeless in downtown Phoenix. She is married to an avid runner and hiker, and is the mother of two grown children. She enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends. She is also an active volunteer at Ekta Mandir, where she serves on the Board of Trustees.
